Shocked Animals is a collection of hand-crafted animals that have been caught in their moment of most surprise – and digitally reproduced through loveful pixel-art.
Shocked Animals are not generated by a software, instead they are created by pure artistic love 💗 for the medium and a genuine dream behind it: being able to finance a book for children, hand-drawn by myself.
Each animal is unique, and has different levels of shock-ness, depending on the cause of the shock. Some common causes are:
- the farmer sneezed without notice,
- sudden realization something’s on the stove,
- sudden popping of a baloon,
- hearing use of inappropriate language at work,
- a thunder in the distance,
- getting uncomfortable because a human is getting too close,
- and more.
Get an Official Shocked Animal to support this project! Allow a trapped artist to break from his 9-5 job and become the artist he was always meant to be! All the sales will go in the direction of funding a book for children I always wanted to make!
